For anyone that does not know the
Richiboucto River is around 45-1 hr from Moncton NB, the river is roughly a 25
mile long boating river, that enters the Northumberland Straight, there are many
small arteries for small vessel or sea doo exploring or Fishing, and the land
value of the Richiboucto is growing Rapidly.
As you can see from the sight Plan, there is 6 water lots at this time, I do
only have one shore lot remaining. My asking price for the water lot is
$75000.00 it is around 170' of frontage x 450' deep, driveway in, power in, and
main access road to property in, so well under market price.
As per the sight plan, there is an additional 60 acres of land, at this time I
have 4 water view lots that have been surveyed off, these also have driveway,
and power, and a deeded access to the beach. I have not yet advertised these
lots or the 60 acre parcel of land.
